WINEMAKING PROCESS

The wine is made on the skins, with an extended maceration period at controlled temperatures. Following the malolactic fermentation process, the wine is aged on fine lees, then blended before bottling.

TASTING NOTE

It is a deep ruby red colour with violet hues. It has a classic fragrance, with fruity notes that are combined with velvety tannins. It has a solid structure and is refreshing on the palate, with hints of ripe fruit, chocolate and spicy notes.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Great with roasts, braised meat and game, it is also perfect with mature cheese.
