After a soft and light pressing, the must ferments in steel tanks at 16° C adding selected yeasts. Second fermentation by Charmat method in stainless steel for two months at low temperatures for a slow fermentation and a fine and elegant perlage.
Straw brilliant yellow with a very fine and persistent perlage. Fruity scent of golden Apple, pear with an undertone of citrus and grapefruit. Agreeable and elegant, the froth melts on the palate creating a pleasant sensation.
Excellent as an aperitif, this wine can either start or close the meal, it’s also ideal for quick snacks or special occasions. It is particularly appreciated by women.
