After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for about 15 days. Second fermentation by Charmat method in stainless steel with selected yeasts for 60 days.
Bright straw yellow colour. Elegant aroma with notes of sage, elderberry and hints thyme. Smooth, fresh and well balanced.
Müller-Thurgau pairs well with light dishes, such as vegetable dishes (especially asparagus) and salads. Excellent with vegetable soups, good with sushi.
