After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for about 15 days. Second fermentation by Charmat method in stainless steel with selected yeasts for 60 days.
Pale straw yellow with soft greenish hues. The perlage is fine and persistent. Elegant aroma with hints of sage, thyme and mint. Smooth, fresh and agreeable, with strong aromatic notes.
Müller-Thurgau pairs well with light dishes, such as vegetable dishes (especially asparagus) and salads. Excellent with vegetable soups, good with sushi.
