WINEMAKING PROCESS

After a soft pressing, the fermentation follows at a controlled temperature of 15° – 16° C. The wine remains in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 12° – 13°C on the wine lees.

TASTING NOTE

Shiny straw yellow. Elegant bouquet of white flowers and apricot that evolve into delicate nutty fruit and bread crust tones. The palate offers an explosion of fruity notes, aromatic herbs with hints of honey.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

This wine is wonderful on its own as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, white meat, or with simple pasta dishes.
