Winemaking process
The grapes are vinified white at a controlled temperature. The wine is left to rest on the fine lees to obtain a softer, more complex structure.
Tasting notes
Intense, brilliant straw yellow colour. Elegant bouquet with hints of orange blossom and fresh, fruity notes of apple, pear and exotic fruit with light nuances of dried fruit. Dry, soft, full-bodied and pleasantly bitter on the palate.

Ideal with tasty seafood starters, seafood risottos, fish soups and stewed cod.
