After a soft and light pressing, the must ferments with select yeasts at a temperature of 16° C. Second fermentation by Charmat method in stainless steel for about two months.
Straw yellow with greenish tinges, a fine and persistent perlage. Fruity scent with tones of pear and golden apple. Very agreeable taste, sapid, with fruit and flower notes.
Prosecco is a very versatile wine, as an excellent aperitif or to be enjoyed at any moment of the day. Excellent with fish dishes.
