The cuvée is created with 85% of Glera and 15% of Pinot Nero and second fermentation by charmat method in stainless steel for minimum two months with select yeast at controlled temperature.
Pink colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. A crisp sparkling wine with hints of red berries and apple. Smooth sapid and refreshing finish.
An extremely versatile Rosé Spumante wine, great for a pleasant afternoon drink and nice match with seafoods.
