Tasting notes

It is a very deep ruby red colour with light garnet shades. The fragrance is rich, with scents of raspberries, blackberries and ripe red fruit, as well as elegant vanilla notes in the finish. The flavour is dry, full and enveloping, with mild, delicate tannins.

Serving suggestions

It is great with elaborate rice and pasta dishes featuring meat sauce, grilled or boiled meat, and medium cheese.
