Winemaking process
Fermentation takes place at a temperature of approximately 15°C to 16°C. It is followed by a brief period on fine lees to make it smoother and more complex.
Tasting notes
It is a rich, bright straw yellow colour with golden hues. The bouquet opens with scents of white flowers, apricot and mugwort, which are complemented by very delicate notes of nuts and crusty bread. Assertive herb and ripe fruit flavours are accompanied by hints of honey.
Serving suggestions
It is exceptional with raw shellfish, seafood salads and pasta with fish sauce.
